REACH Alert Program
REACH Alert is an alert and notification system that allows the City of Heritage Creek to deliver messages via text, voice call, and/or email to our residents.
This service is provided and paid for by the City of Heritage Creek and will allow us to immediately share important information regarding a number of items, including waterline breaks/boil water advisories, power outages, road closures/delays due to construction or accidents, hazmat situations, AMBER/Silver alerts, police actions, and civic events.
If you have not yet registered for this invaluable service, please do the following:
- Go to www.reachalert.com and click on Sign Up (upper right-hand corner).
- Network Name: type Heritage Creek (click on our name when it appears).
- Follow the prompts and enter your preferred contact information. When you enter your address, click on it when it appears in the drop-down list.
If you opted to receive text alerts and/or emails, REACH Alert will send a confirmation message to your cell phone or computer immediately upon completion of your registration. If you do not receive this message, please call REACH Alert at 1.877.307.9313.
V.I.P. Program
This program was designed to help the police department in identifying Heritage Creek residents that have special needs so that we may be able to assist and monitor through personal visits on a regular basis. This applies to residents: who may be vulnerable (regardless of age), have medical issues (chronic or acute) that require monitoring, or other pertinent cases which require the department to make decisions about their welfare, health and well-being.
The program is strictly voluntary and we would appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation in completing this task. If you would like to participate in this program or know of a neighbor who may benefit from this service, please download and complete this form and return it to the police department or city hall.
